The Building Builders Mentorship Program requires an organized individual with multi-tasking capabilities and outstanding communication skills to join our team as a Mentorship Program Advisor. The Mentorship Program Advisor will manage the relationships between mentors and mentees REMOTELY, providing assessments, and skills development.
Employer Recruitment Support Specialist
Apprenticeship Services Program – Hybrid or Remote – Anywhere in BC
This position will support employers with their hiring needs by assessing skills and matching job seeker applicants to the best job opportunities in their region and targeted construction trade. This position is responsible for building a strategy that bridges the job seekers and employers (across multiple programs) and develop the appropriate communication plan to keep the registrants and the respective BCCA Program team leads informed and aligned.
BCCA Integrating Newcomers (IN) – Victoria, British Columbia (hybrid or remote work model)
BCCA IN is funded by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada and administered through the BC Construction Association. The pre-arrival pan-Canadian service helps high-skilled newcomers build successful construction careers in any city, province, or territory. We support professionals from all disciplines to explore and establish careers in the industry including skilled tradespeople, licensed technical specialists, and strategic business professionals.
Social Media Manager

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing, growing, and converting our social media audiences across all BCCA programs and services. This includes the Apprenticeship Services Program, Building Builders, STEP, IN, TTF, Builders Code, and BidCentral, as well as BCCA corporate messaging and priorities.
